There are three residences at Concordia University:
Grey Nuns Residence at the Sir George Williams Campus
Hingston Hall at the Loyola Campus
Jesuit Residence at the Loyola campus

Single or double shared rooms are mostly available in the city for students
Rent includes internet, electricity, furniture and security, whereas some halls also provide meal plan facility
Most of the halls are close to one or another university
Average rent ranges from $650 to $800 per month
Other facilities include a gym, common area and swimming pools
